Do you ship to International address?

Yes, we do ship most of our products internationally but the order must be processed manually. Please contact us on through the contact form for an exact shipping quote. 

How long will it take to get my order?

All orders are dispatched from our warehouse the next business day.We ensure we do our best to get the products to you on time. See below for details on delivery time frames for the various shipping methods we provide.

Returns & Exchanges

We accept returns of new, unused products in their original packaging within 14 days of delivery on change of mind. Any and all shipping costs will be the responsibility of the customer.

We recommend that you immediately inspect all goods that we deliver to you, to ensure that correct item has been delivered. 

All orders are packed with care and to ensure safety. If we made a mistake or your order arrived in damaged/unsuitable condition, please contact us within 14 days of receiving the package. Please provide photographic evidence where possible. We will replace or refund damaged/incorrect item once confirmed,however customer will be required to return the product to us.

Warranty Claims

We honour the full manufacturer's warranty on all vaporizers purchased from Vapexperts. Warrranty claims can be facilated by Vapexperts with the respective manufacturer/s
